From the A5 highway: at Heidelberg Autobahnkreuz (highway junction) take the A 656 towards Mannheim, then follow Mannheim Zentrum. Turn right at the first major crossroads, then right again after about 40 metres, then left straight away. The hotel is on the right.

Mannheim, the second-largest city in Baden-Württemberg and the unofficial capital of the Kurpfalz region, offers a unique combination of shopping, congresses, industries and services, surrounded by a great variety of places of recreation, parks and gardens. And all of this in the heart of the Rhine-Neckar triangle, directly bordering on Ludwigshafen and Heidelberg, and the lovely countryside of the Palatinate and Odenwald.

After complete refurbishment, the 4-star Park Inn Mannheim opened in June 2007 only a few hundred metres from Mannheim city centre. The hotel is ideal in terms of accessibility: just a stone's throw from the drive-on to the A656, A5 and A6 highways, which connect Mannheim to its neighbouring cities Ludwigshafen (5 km / 3 miles) and Heidelberg (20 km / 12 miles) as well as to Frankfurt airport (65 km / 40 miles)

The SAP Arena, which holds 15,000 people and is one of the most modern event arenas in Germany, is just 10 minutes away by tram; the same time as it takes to reach the Congress Centrum Mannheim Rosengarten on foot. The city centre, too, with its many sights and its attractive shopping street named Planken, is only a few minutes' walk from the Park Inn Mannheim.

Luisenpark, which has been regarded as one of the most beautiful parks in Europe since being remodelled for the federal garden show in 1975, is also very close to the hotel - a green landscape right in the middle of the city, where guests at the Park Inn Mannheim find plenty of opportunities to relax, even if they are only taking a short break.
